JAMMER TIP – Pet Cheetah

!blog_pets_ani
Can you catch a PET CHEETAH? They are dashing through Jamaa so quickly you might not always be able to catch and tame one.

Did you know that the cheetah is the fastest land mammal on the planet? It has a very lean frame supported by long limbs, a small waist and an extremely flexible spine. In addition the cheetah has claws that don’t retract fully and a paw pad like tire tread. These give extra traction for an explosive launch speed.

If that was not enough, the cheetah has extra large nostrils and lungs to take in more air to allow longer sprints. The average hunting sprint is only 25 seconds and all of them count. Only 30% of these sprints are successful.

Although cheetahs are know for their spots, sometimes there are so many, that they merge into stripes! This striped variety are known as king cheetahs.

Cheetah comes from the Hindi (a language spoken in northern India) word ‘chita,’ meaning spotted or sprinkled.

JAMMER TIP – Water Park Den

waterparkj
While you’re trying to catch a pet cheetah this weekend, why not take a break to pick up a WATER PARK DEN, fill it with your favorite summer items, and invite your buddies over for a pool party?

In the late 1940s, George Millay opened the world’s first official water park. It was called Wet’N'Wild, and it was located in Orlando, Florida.
The “Water Park Capital of the World” is Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The city boasts 20 water parks in only 19.5 miles, with a whopping 200 water slides and 16 million gallons of water! That’s enough to cover about 176 football fields!
The Summit Plummet, located in the Blizzard Beach water park in Florida, is 120 feet tall, and it has the distinction of being the tallest and fastest single-person free-fall water slide in the world!

And there is a new sitting action format.
I think this one's a bit better...
